This adhesive is environmentally safe and VOC compliant. It bonds wood, paneling, plywood, metal, plastics, foam board, tub surrounds & more. It can be used on wet, frozen or treated lumber interior or exterior. It is waterproof, offers freeze/thaw stability and cleans up easily with water in wet state. It replaces True Value #796888 for consumers in VOC restricted areas.
